Time to milk the cow

Morgan and Janeilly working together to milk our cow Daisy. She is a Jersey. When we first started milking her she was very difficult. She would kick and hardly stand still to milk her. We have had her over 2 yrs now and she is much easier to milk. She stands very nicely and gets her grain after we milk her. Since she is a Jersey she gives a lot of cream. We make butter out of the cream. We used to put it in a jar and shake it until it turns into butter, but now we pour the cream into a blender and then blend it until it turn into whipped cream and then if you keep blending it it turns into butter. It's pretty neat. And tasty.
