While I was in Columbus, the Cincinnati girls came to help out. They helped cut up apples for applesauce and Jason and our girls spent the rest of the day and evening canning the jars. The processed 98 quarts that day! Now we have a total of 170 quarts of applesauce. We had already done some applesauce before this batch.
